ABOUT

The Animal Emergency Center of Decatur (AECD) was started by a group of veterinarians and support staff to satisfy the great need for emergency animal services for intown, metro Atlanta pets.  It opened on Friday, November 2, 2007 out of the present home of The Village Vets of Decatur, a daytime practice.  The Village Vets and Animal Emergency Clinic of Decatur moved to their new home at 217 North McDonough Street (across from Decatur High School) in June 2008.  

AECD works with your regular veterinary provider to assure that your pet has medical, after hours help close by, when you need it.
